to state to His Excellency The-

Vice Roy that two persons claiming to ée Peruvian Citizens have been duly Committed for trial at the next Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court of this - Colony on the grave charge of piracy,

and His Excellency The Governor Considers

it desirable on

many grounds is unnceessary to specify, that the prosecution

Should a conviction be obtained,

the object sought equally by the Vice Roy and this Government will doubtless be Sufficiently attained, but should the
