Vice Roy that two persons claiming to ée Peruvian Citizens have been duly Committed for trial at the next Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court of this - Colony on the grave charge of piracy,
and His Excellency The Governor Considers
it desirable on
many grounds is unnceessary to specify, that the prosecution
ds which it

a
so commenced shall be brought
Conclusion in the Courts of this Colony.
Should a conviction be obtained,
the object sought equally by the Vice Roy and this Government will doubtless be Sufficiently attained, but should the
prosecution fail, the accused persons
shall not be liberated without the
Vice
Roy's application receiving Sir- Hercules Robinson's most careful ~
Consideration.
